When you place an order online with us, we will send you an email to confirm the nature of your order. Once we have verified the price and availability of the goods then we subsequently will email you to confirm that your goods have been dispatched to you. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

Our delivery time is between 1-3 working days. Oyster Pearls try our best to deliver goods to our customers in this period of time but an inevitable delay may occur due to the disruption of delivery company. In the event that the goods are no longer available, we will put ‘Out of Stock’ on the website and we reserve the right to change prices at any time and the prices on the websites are used for internet purchases only. Gift certificates can not be exchanged for cash.

We use cultured freshwater pearls and saltwater pearls in our collections. Oyster Pearls’ products are handmade and most of them are knotted on the silk thread with silver clasps. Therefore the same product may not look alike as they are put together by hand in addition some of our products include white gold, diamonds, stones and elastic.
